The primary focus of Can. Corp. Properties Inc. (Can. Corp.) is the acquisition of lands for future residential and commercial developments throughout Western Canada and the United States. In addition to this primary focus however Can. Corp is also active in the acquisition of a diversified mix of existing income producing properties including, commercial, industrial and residential.

Development

Can. Corp. assembles a team of professionals appropriate to the needs of every project. Together we work with planners, architects, builders, financial institutions, national and international tenants, municipal agencies, and regulating authorities from the initial site acquisition/land assembly stage through the rezoning, development and leasing stages to project completion.

Advisory Services

In addition to acquiring and developing properties for its own account, Can. Corp. also assists institutional and private sector clients with identifying and acquiring land and income producing commercial/industrial properties for their needs as well as arranging unique structures where required such as sale and lease-back transactions.

Can. Corp. and its affiliated company, Canadian Corporate Consultants Ltd., have developed strong networks within the financial industry in Canada and abroad and often assist clients in establishing strategic alliances/partnerships within its network of other clients, investors, lenders and government authorities.
